前台姐姐人美心善！！酒店環境特別好！！我們入住當天因為還有空房，就還給我們升級了房型！！近年起了四五次梅城了，真的很後悔之前沒有都住在這兒，不過沒事兒，之後會一直住！無論從服務還是環境都特別好！一家名宿能做成這樣，真的很厲害！姐妹們讓他們賺！

兒時起的閨蜜玩伴小聚，選了小眾的建德嚴州古城，三天兩晚的行程，住在運憩院子民宿，感受到民宿老闆和員工温馨體貼的服務。我們在七裏揚帆遊玩後，打不到車，求助民宿的小李妹妹，美麗的小李妹妹馬上請示老闆，老闆二話不説，立即冒雨親自趕來接我們，滿滿的感動……
民宿前台的美女小宋妹妹温柔可愛，親切可人，全程為我們選行程、推薦美食，讓我們的行程玩的樂呵、吃的開心，遍嚐了當地的特色美食。
運憩院子民宿是三棟獨特的歷史文物保護建築，“舊”是它最大的特色亮點，整體風格融入古鎮千年風華，白牆黑瓦造就出一片深邃優雅的灰，呈現出歷經風雨侵蝕的宅邸原貌，脱離繁華，清凈而嫻雅，值得忙裡偷閒的小住。
一路的歡聲，一路的笑鬧……四個“老太”結束圓滿的旅程。

朋友推薦的名宿，果然不錯。第一地勢好，離嚴州古城美食街走路5分鐘，既能享受美食環境又安靜，離玉泉寺和七裏楊帆景區都不遠。第二服務好，做漆扇，免費點心，免費飲料，早餐豐富好吃。第三設施好，電動窗簾，智能馬桶，電視可以投屏。非常推薦來嚴州古城玩的朋友入住。
