老闆人很好，幫忙提行李而且要走時車子出了問題，老闆也幫忙找人來修理，房子都是全木製造，據老闆説建了三年多，房間很乾凈，老闆的小院很有文藝氣息，一進院子就像回家一樣感覺特別舒服。

家庭自駕遊，非常滿意！個人認為很好的方面：
1. 衞生上，非常乾淨整潔，房間內每一個角落都亮晶晶的沒有絲毫灰塵，小院也頗為清潔雅緻；
2. 環境上，很傳統的白族木製民居，房間有民族特色，院子打理得也很清爽，最喜歡的是p1所展示的環繞院子的魚池，既高效利用空間，同時為民宿注入“為有源頭活水來”的意境。
3. 設施上，該有的都有，充分滿足生活起居，而且很別緻地看到每個房間都提供了耳塞，但實際上儘管是木結構房屋，因建造之始的隔音設計，其實上下層之間也很安靜。
4. 停車上，停車場地靠近路邊很寬敞，從外面主路開進來很順暢，沒什麼會車的煩惱。
5. 位置上，離寺登街衹需要走路5分鐘，周圍也有些不坑遊客的小飯店，並且和古鎮外的交通連接也很方便快捷。
6. 氛圍上，主人家是非常和善樸實的白族，除了做好民宿日常經營，還會主動地為住客提供力所能及的幫助，和主人家夫妻的相處宛如和親友般愉悦：我們車剛駛來，便馬上出來帶路幫忙拎行李；看到我們在吃東西，主動為我們提供方便紙碗和一次性餐具；和我們分享當地的老品種梨以及野生菌等土特產；看到我們在古鎮買了需要冷藏的東西，貼心地幫我們找了帶冰袋的泡沫箱，還幫忙打包完好……一天結束時和主人夫妻倆的聊天，讓我們更加了解了古鎮居民的生活和白族的民俗，同時也深刻有感於主人家對住客的安全、舒適的時刻掛心。
總而言之，選擇瑞凝渤海小院是此次沙溪之行最正確的決定！非常感謝主人家的盡心照顧！也期待能有更多朋友能邂逅這裏、收穫美好體驗和記憶！

此行我們帶小孩來沙溪玩，遇到歐陽老闆夫妻是我們的驚喜和幸運，老闆熱情周到，噓寒問暖，有求必應，會主動提供力所能及的服務，讓我們非常感動。小院乾淨整潔，是非常雅緻的白族民居，小院裏有一個池塘圍繞，有漂亮的錦鯉游來游去，非常舒適愜意。離古鎮很近，旁邊還有好吃的家常炒菜館，非常方便。以後還會常來！感謝歐陽老闆的熱情服務！

環境很好，近大馬路邊，有停車場。就是衞生間有點異味，而且走廊隔音不太好。

非常喜歡沙溪古鎮啊，建築保存的非常好，又不商業化。客棧在一進古城的地方，進出非常方便，離古城走路5分鐘就到了，不用拉行李箱在古城裡走。老闆幫忙拿行李，非常熱心，推薦的接車也很靠譜，直接從洱海民宿樓下接到這裏的客棧。院子裏風景很好，種了多肉，養了錦鯉，還有個鞦韆。沙溪呆著太舒服了，慢節奏，走走路，喝喝咖啡，發發呆，如果不是實在客滿沒有房間了還想再續住一天。吃飯炒菜可以在四喜或者又一村，本地人開的，味道好又便宜，大家來了可以多住幾天。週五在幸福路有大集，水果很便宜，時間合適可以去逛逛。

民宿靠近沙溪古鎮的大路 停車方便 院子寬敞 房間乾淨 另外還有個公用廚房和曬衣露台 環境好 鬧中取靜 老闆老闆娘服務很周到 還專門給我們打山泉水喝 很貼心 我們一共住了四晚 家人都很滿意 五分

Très agréable maison d’hôtes avec une jolie cour intérieure. La chambre était très confortable et propre. A 10 minutes à pied de la vielle ville. On recommande.
