I had a wonderful stay in Shaxi! I was given a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite, which made the experience even more special. The ambiance of the hotel was charming and peaceful. The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating, always making sure I was comfortable. The location is also a big plus—just a short walk from the old town, making it super convenient to explore. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a warm and memorable stay in Shaxi!

Stayed here for 2 nights. It is well-located on the side of the ancient town, allowing us to reach the main sights of Shaxi within 5-10mins walk. Easy with the luggages too if you are arriving in a car which can stop right at the main door. The suite was huge with separate living area, bathroom and had a nice wooden decor. Although it’s already been operating for many years, it felt brand new! Hotel compound itself was beautiful with an airy garden setting. We enjoyed taking breakfasts & afternoon tea at the outdoor benches by the dining hall. Even though it was fully-booked on one of the days, it never felt crowded at all. Staff were courteous, always smiling and happy to offer their services or advice. This is a property one should definitely consider if intending to spend more days in Shaxi & the neighbouring area, so that you could enjoy the hotel itself.

很開心遇到既下山，擁有了一段閑適温馨的親子時光。
房間乾淨整潔，庭院錯落有致，一下子感覺像踏入了另一個空靈的時空，心靜且安。
店裡的小姐姐們親切温和，歡迎水果也早早在房間等候； 床墊軟硬正好，睡的深沉香甜；早餐豐富多彩，一貫早餐困難的孩子完全光盤；還有下午茶，還有晚安甜品，太充實了。
公區大而舒適；庭院設計合理，滑梯安放孩子們的充沛精力…出門離北寨門很近，玉津橋也是幾分鐘步行，還有小水塘可讓孩子們撈魚，地理位置上，動靜平衡的剛剛好。
住在這裏，正好趕上火把節，步行2分鐘到會場，玩的分外盡興。

洗手間反味，洗手間門關不嚴實，衞生情況一般，洗手枱上很多污漬，燈光很暗，看不清導致沒法化粧，房間裏空氣不好，很臭，蚊子多。早餐説不夠吃可以續，但才續一次就被告知説是最後一根香腸，而且早餐沒有提供牛奶或其它飲料，是雲南這一行10幾天中住過滿意度最低的一家酒店，硬件和服務跟價格不符。
