你家的前台真的很差勁，就算是不給開發票，讓我在平台上開也就算了，在別人工作的時候我要退房，還問人家其他兩間房的房號，你作為一個前台，這些事不能自己查一下嗎？一定什麼樣事都要問顧客嗎？真是跟前兩年沒法比，房間裡頭的淋浴一直都不好，感覺是堵了，水打到身上非常疼。
