建甌家興大酒店是建甌酒店裡的N0.1。設施、環境等硬件都還可以。但缺少些温情體驗。我在住店時因疏忽遺失房卡一張，結賬時要我賠付人民幣30元。錯的當然是自己，適當賠付是應該，可30元的房卡成本少了人情味。也可以説我少了格局！！！

房間重裝後基本設施還可以，有小度，智能馬桶是最基本功能，房間內沒有咖啡。前台和客房人員都挺熱情。早餐一般，品種不多，沒有現煮咖啡，咖啡壺裡是三合一速溶，酸奶是機器那種，沒敢喝，基本沒什麼可喝的，也沒什麼可吃，衹吃一碗豆漿粉，味道還可以。客房人員不夠專業，剛入住，出去一趟，回來就發現有人進來過，吃個早餐，發現又有人進來過。總體來説，這樣價格應該有更好早餐與服務。
