這家酒店服務態度很差，服務水平很低。大熱天不開空調，為了省那點錢，不開製冷，衹開通風，當天晚上有20多度，房間裏蓋的是棉被，不開冷氣，根本是沒法睡覺的，害得我們一家五口人，包括兩位70多歲的長者，都幾乎一夜未睡。跟他們溝通態度非常惡劣，狡辯説開了冷氣，但是對比隔壁大堂相通的你好酒店冷氣非常足，一下就能對比出來，這家全季酒店是沒有開冷氣，沒有開製冷的。拋開地域歧視，真的是不行啊！！！
