We are staying in this hotel regularly but still the room was very poor we have told to change the room because it was twin bed but didn’t changed after commitment ,for any IRD service no one was picking the call such a bed experience this time…..

The restraint pereon behaviour was rude, my breakfast was included in my booking when i went for the breakfast on the very first day of my booking and i was about 5 minutes late the restraint person who serves food had said that the breakfast had been finished you can go (in a rude way) when i made complaint to the hotel meghdoot manager he didn't said anything
