한적한 곳에 있어 조용하고 여유롭게 휴가를 즐겼습니다. 리조트안에 여러가지 놀이시설이 있어 가족여행에 좋습니다. 충북에 있어 이동시간이 타지역보다 가깝습니다. 평일에 갔는데 회사 워크샵이 많아 조식때 혼잡한거 빼고 다 좋았습니다

일단 체크인하는데 프론트직원이 서비스정신이라고는 1도없는 무슨 동네 친구인줄알았음. 묻는 말에 대답을안하고 본인 하고싶은 말만 함. 레이크뷰의 고층을 원한다고 이야기했는데 성수기라 101동 만실이여서 102동 2층으로 배정해준다고 함. 근데 알고보니 만실아니고 콘도 측 작업이 필요한거였고 102동 2층 아닌 4층도 체크인 가능한 룸이있었음.
들어가자마자 보이는 쇼파가 사진과 같이 다 까져있어서 도저히 앉아있을 수 없다고 판단, 룸 변경을 요청하였더니 같은 동 4층으로 안내해주었는데 또 쇼파에 왠 톱밥이 가득하고 방에서 곰팡이 냄새가 진동을했음. 시골할머니옷장인줄;
호텔도아니고 콘도라서 다 그냥 그러려니 그러려니 하려고했으나 해도해도 너무함. 애기도있어서 또 룸변경하는건 힘들 것 같아 청소를 요청했는데 딸랑 밀대 하나 들고와서 쓱쓱 밀고감.
화장실 샤워부스 샤워기, 욕조 샤워기, 세면대 모두 뜨거운 물 나왔다가 미지근한 물 나왔다가 난리남; 애기 씻기다 화상입히기 딱 좋음.
그리고 2층방보다 4층방이 미세하게 좁음. 같은 평수라는데 확실히 다름.
콘도 숙박 비용은 저렴한 편이나 부수적인것들이 모-두 비용이 추가되고 그 비용또한 호텔수준이여서 만만치않음. 재방문 의사 절대 없음^^^^ 특히나 애기가있다면 절대비추 아기를 위한 용품 대여 서비스 일절 없음

어트렉션 직원들 서비스 빼고는 모두 좋았어요
마운틴 카트는 친절하시고 좋았는데, 모토아레나 사계절썰매 직원분들은 개인적 업무가 바쁘셨는지 ㅎㅎ 고객이 오는지마는지 관심이 없더군요~ 아직 초기라 자리를 잡아가는 과정이겠거려니 하고 넘겼어요 ~ 서비스 교육 , 직원 충원이 좀더 필요해보여요~^^ 방은 깨끗하고 참 좋았어요~

직원들은 웃거나 친절함이 좀부족해보입니다.
목장이나 사계절썰매, 수영장에 계신분들은 무더위에 일하시느랴 이해하는데 프런트직원들이나 조식에 계신분마저도 서비스마인드가 부족하신거같더라구요~
오히려 놀이동산에 계신분들이나 산악카트에 계신분들이 유쾌하시더라구요~

리조트 진출입로나 주차장 안내가 어려워서 찾아가기 어려웠습니다. 청소는 잘 되어 있으나, 욕실이 조금 청결하진 않네요. 직원분들의 안내나 시설이용 문의, 대응이 말이 자꾸 바뀌어서 편리하진 않았네요.
