Hotel Delaville Frontemare

Hôtel très mal insonorisé et personnel bruyant. Femme de ménage à l’œuvre des 7h30 le matin sans aucun égard pour les voyageurs. Hotel très bien placé , personnel très sympathique. Petit bémol supplément demandé pour un petit frigo dans la chambre (4 euros par jour)

Molto accogliente , personale giovane e disponibile.molto pulito colazione ottima, ottima posizione . Claudia la ragazza della reception è stata gentilissima sia alla prenotazione per telefono sia di persona. Camera sempre fresca con temperatura perfetta

Ho soggiornato per qualche giorno presso questo hotel fronte mare, abbiamo fatto la mezza pensione. Camera completamente ristrutturata, bagno spazioso e finestrato. Arredamento stile moderno. Ricco buffet a colazione e cena piatti curati e e qualità ottima, non mancava mai nulla! Gli addetti alla reception sono stati molto disponibili e hanno risposto a tutte le nostre esigenze, Bravi! Ci torneremo!

Camera completamente ristrutturata, con bagno molto ampio e doccia enorme. Materasso molto comodo. Ristorante serale ( abbiamo fatto mezza pensione) con servizio al tavolo e piatti a la carte, buffet di antipasti e verdure. Tutto impeccabile. Personale di sala e in reception molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente

I haven't seen a hotel like this for years! Strong points are the location, the breakfast, the atrium. The rest is a disaster, a bathroom without a shower tray, you have a plastic curtain between the sink and the toilet, and you flood the whole floor, then you go out and consequently dirty the whole room. Including the toilet bowl was broken, hairdryer no comment, we turn on the water and the sink gets blocked. Room furniture, prehistoric, mmmm normal cleanliness, fixtures I think from the 70s! Elevator, maybe one person fits there, carpets everywhere. I find 3 stars much more beautiful and cheaper. I don't usually give negative reviews, but at prices like this there's no excuse. And I see that many other guests have complained!

We had higher expectations based on the edited photos on the internet - unfortunately. When we arrived we were shocked. Super small rooms. When three people arrive with three small suitcases you have to expect that they can be put somewhere. We had no room to move. The worst thing was the bathrooms. Small, almost falling apart and not clean. We wanted a nicer room but unfortunately they couldn't offer us that. As we had paid in advance and couldn't find another hotel quickly, we spent one night there. The restaurant staff were very unfriendly and rude. The owner was exactly the same. We argued and he showed no understanding. At least they accommodated us with our advance payment. They wanted us to pay for the night and half of the advance payment. We will never visit this hotel again.
