Hotel ben tenuto seppure un po' datato (rubinetteria e frigobar decisamente non da 4 stelle). Spiaggia e piscina privata ma assolutamente inconcepibile la consegna della camera alle 16 del pomeriggio, ovviamente ben "studiato" per ridurre al minimo la presenza delle persone in camera, visto che il check out è sempre alle 10.00 della mattina, e l'nformazione del check in pomeridiano non visibile PRIMA del pagamento e nelle mail ricevute dopo la conferma della prenotazione. È ovvio che le persone per non perdere la giornata non arrivano in una località Marittima alle 16 di pomeriggio, dunque diventa tutto un problema il dover gestire la giornata (cambiarsi, valige, bagno etc) senza avere la disponibilità della stanza. Inconcepibile, specie se il cliente ha problemi magari dovuti alla salute, all'età etc. Inconcepibile. Nemmeno la possibilità di ricaricare il telefono. Spiaggia senza alcuna assistenza, nemmeno per l'apertura del l'ombrellone.

215 euro a notte per una camera che puzza di muffa, letti sfondati, acqua della doccia fredda e colazione che dire scadente è un complimento! Inaccettabile che sia qualificato e pubblicizzato come 4 stelle. Unica nota positiva, se proprio ne devo dire una, la posizione fronte spiaggia

Pleasant vacation in Lido di Jesolo-Hotel Florida
Great experience. The room was very clean and well maintaned.
The receptionists are very friendly and knowledgible.

The stay at this hotel was sooo disappointing! I was there with my family in August 2021 and unfortunately, it was the worst hotel we have been in. Because of the pandemic, there was no breakfast buffet, but there were staff from the hotel serving a few things on your plate. The breakfast buffet was a pure fiasco - only 2 sorts of cheese, only pork sausages and salami, just 2 sorts of bread.... Dinner was a bit better. The majority of the staff were unfriendly and rude, with only a few exceptions. We spoke with many other hotel guests and they were all not happy with the service. Many even complained, but no one seemed to care as no efforts were made to improve anything for better. The only positive side of this hotel is the location. Sadly...

Kein 4*-Hotel. Achtung wenn Sie als 5-Köpgige Familie reisen. Wurden in den 5 Stock unters Dach verfrachtet weil es sonst kein Zimmer für 5 Personen gibt. Hab mehrfach nachgefragt. Zimmer hatte keinen Balkon. Mussten für 5 Personen unsere nassen Strandtücher und Badesachen täglich im Zimmer trocknen lassen. Beim Blick aus unserem mini-Fenster schauten wir direkt auf das Dach des 5 m entfernten Nachbarhotels mit dröhnendem Abluftsystem aufm Dach. Echt super... Kein Safe im Zimmer und auch nicht an Rezeption. Katastrophale Parksituation. 3-Reihig kreuz und quer. Man wird deshalb aufgefordert den Autoschlüssel abzugeben damit vom Personal das Auto hin und her rangiert werden kann. Animation oder Unterhaltung am Abend Fehlanzeige. Es wird absolut rein garnichts geboten. Nichtmal ein Fußballtor oder sonst etwas. Ansich hält man sich nur zum Schlafen und kurz zu den Mahlzeiten im Hotel auf, weil es sonst nichts gibt. Rezeption spricht nur italienisch oder schlechtes Englisch. Kellner waren allerdings nett mussten jedoch oft aufmerksam gemacht werden diverse Essen am Frühstücks-Buffet wieder aufzufüllen. Mittags und Abends musste man vorab an einer Auswahl möglicher Gerichte für den nächsten Tag sein Essen auswählen. Oft für Kinder schwierig gewesen. Positiv ist nur die Lage des Hotels. DIrekt am Strand und der langen Einkaufsstraße. Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern nicht zu empfehlen. Lieber nochmal nach was anderem suchen...

Поселились в данном отеле с 13 августа, живём на 5 этаже , номер под крышей. Каждый день в номере перебои с водой, с 18-30 до 19-30 и иногда утром отсутствует вода, чтобы помыться. Видимо, все приходят с пляжа и принимают душ. И на верхних этажах падает давление воды. .... Мы говорили об этой проблеме на ресепшн, они ничем не смогли помочь. Персонал отеля очень доброжелателен. Очень хороший персонал в ресторане. Нас обслуживал Mark. Всегда помогал. Спасибо ему большое.
