Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war ein echtes Highlight. Der Poolbereich war super gepflegt und ideal zum Entspannen. Der Service ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen, alles lief reibungslos und professionell. Das Essen war absolute Spitzenklasse, jedes Gericht frisch zubereitet und geschmacklich hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Restaurantpersonal: äußerst kompetent, aufmerksam und immer freundlich. So ein hohes Niveau an Qualität und Gastfreundschaft findet man heutzutage nur noch selten. Ein Hotel, das man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann!

Wie jedes Jahr haben wir einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub im Hotel Bellevue verbracht. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und elegant, die Zimmer sind äußerst gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das hoteleigene Restaurant hat Sterne- Niveau und die Mitarbeiter sind herausragend freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bevor man weiß, dass man einen Wunsch hat, ist dieser schon erfüllt! Wir lieben dasFlair dieses Hotels und danken der Hotelleitung Rosanna für den guten Geist, den sie überall versprüht! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf entspannte Tage!!!

We initially called to inquire about the availability of a large double room. They confirmed a room at reception, but they told us we could only do so via email. We emailed to confirm the room, and they sent us another email telling us they'd confirm in a few hours (we were supposed to leave that day), but I imagine it was a strategy to keep the place free until 2:00 PM. We arrived and they charged us separately for the pool loungers (it seems absurd to me that the pool fee isn't included in the price of a hotel). The next morning, we wanted to relax for a few hours, so we paid for the loungers, and a guy with a pseudonym (Gabi, I think) rudely, as well as being quite rude and unprofessional, told me that only the sun loungers were available. That's fine, but treating paying guests in a rude/surly manner is truly inappropriate for a property like this. We were regulars, but we'd never return!
