Everything OK . Except for the guys who explain the structure, newly hired for the first time. They didn't have the sauna times clear, giving me the wrong times. So much so that I had arranged to have sessions with a sauna master at times that were not scheduled.

Siamo stati al Falkensteiner Hotel di Jesolo a giugno con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Struttura moderna, camere spaziose e pulite, spiaggia e piscina perfette per i bambini. Ottima la colazione e in generale la cucina, personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Vacanza rilassante e piacevole: ci torneremo sicuramente!

Non è mai mia prassi recensire strutture, che solitamente sono sempre 5 stelle e quindi già di livelli con servizi top con pochi difetti. Ma in questo caso è doveroso farlo in quanto ho trovato un’organizzazione e una cura dei dettagli che rarissimamente ho trovato altrove. Elogio al direttore della struttura, Alessandro, sempre presente, sempre attento che tutto sia perfettamente funzionante, mi domando se gli sia consentito il riposo dato che a qualsiasi ora lo trovi nella struttura che vigila su qualsiasi dettaglio dei vari reparti che dirige :-) Pulizia, ristorazione, spiaggia nulla da eccepire. Personale preparato e sempre sorridente. Complimenti a tutti e al gruppo Falkensteiner! A questo punto proverò sicuramente anche la nuova struttura di imminente apertura a Salò, essendo un assiduo frequentatore anche del lago di Garda! Ad maiora! G.C.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo dal 16 al 23 luglio e ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio fin dal primo momento. Avevamo prenotato una suite con vista laterale sul mare e ci è stata assegnata una suite più ampia con vista frontale – un gesto davvero apprezzato che ha reso l’inizio della vacanza ancora più speciale. L’accoglienza del direttore, signor Fichera, e di tutto lo staff è stata estremamente calorosa e professionale. Tutti si sono dimostrati attenti, disponibili e sinceramente interessati al benessere degli ospiti. La cucina è eccellente: colazione abbondante, buffet ben fornito e piatti à la carte di alta qualità. Anche le richieste particolari vengono accolte con gentilezza. La struttura è pulita e ben organizzata. Il servizio in spiaggia e in piscina è impeccabile, le camere sempre ordinate e tranquille. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’atmosfera rilassata e i tanti piccoli dettagli che fanno davvero la differenza. Era il nostro secondo soggiorno a Jesolo e il terzo in un hotel Falkensteiner – e possiamo dire senza esitazione che questo è il miglior hotel di Jesolo. Lo consigliamo a chi cerca relax, qualità e un servizio autentico in un ambiente curato ma accogliente.

Das Hotel schien uns bei der Buchung sehr teuer. Trotzdem haben wir uns für eine Buchung entschieden. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist für Familien ideal. Sehr motiviertes und freundliches Personal. Was im Nachgang nicht verwundert. Das Führungsteam unter Leitung von Hotelmanager Alesi Vito, Front Office Managerin Irene Zago und Restaurant Manager Rosario sind präsent und stets für Gäste ansprechbar, bzw. wirken akticäv mit. Somit kennt ein Interessierter Gast deren Namen schnell. Da der Getränkeservice manchmal etwas langsam an der Ausgane ist fand ich schnell Gehör vom Management. Es sind jederzeit 10 bis 15 Personen in Service ubd 10 Personen am Empfang tätig. Dies macht sich natürlich auch im Preis bemerkbar. Dafür läuft es auch. Kids Club ist völlig ausreichend und mehrsprachig. Unsere Kinder [4 und 7] sind völlig begeistert Das Spa wäre auch eine Oase der Entspannung für Paare ohne Kinder, jedoch nit guten Nerven. Die braucht es nun einmal in einem ausgewachsenen Familien Hotel. Die Lage ist ideal. Am ruhigen Ende von Jesolo. Die Partyzone liegt einige Kilometer entfernt. Es empfiehlt sich win Spaziergang an den Piazza Milano (5 Minuten) der Eindruck um das Hotel bestätigt sich. Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Sicherheit wie wir es von Deutschland nur noch selten kennen. Wer eine Familiensuite bucht wird in den ersten 3 Reihen am Strand mit Liegen, Sonnenschirm und Tisch belohnt um die Kinder besser im Blick zu haben. Wir kommen wieder!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. Even though the hotel is a little far away from the center, it was perfect for us and our needs. Bikes were available for free, very easy to rent. Many thanks to Victoria from Kids Club for her dedication, care and attention given to young kids! Our daughter loved the dance routines and the time spent at the Kids Club! This was the highlight of her stay! Thank you and see you soon!
