Wir waren jetzt vom 14.07. - 24.07.2024 im Hotel Bellariva. Wir waren dieses Jahr nicht zufrieden.
Positiv:
Personal sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht. Vom Empfang, den Kellnern bis hin zur Putzfrau.
Sehr gutes Abendessen. Kompliment an die Küche👍
Negativ:
Zimmer mit Fenster zum Lichthof. Keine frische Luft und Nachts war der Lichthof beleuchtet, so daß auch die Nacht zum Tag war. Sowas überhaupt als Zimmer anzubieten.......
Frühstück jeden Tag dasselbe, keine Abwechslung
Abends Salatbar jeden Tag dasselbe, keine Abwechslung
Samstag war Abenddinner für Zahlende Kundschaft......alle Hotelgäste wurden im hinteren Teil gepfercht damit auf der Terasse für die zahlende Gesellschaft Platz ist. So geht mann nicht mit seinen Gästen um.
Hotelbesitzerin sehr hochnässig. Mann grüßt und wird Ignoriert.
Schade.......es war mal besser hier.

War zum dritten mal Gast in diesem Hotel und wie immer TOP! Dass das Personal seit Jahren nicht gewechselt hat zeigt doch das gute Arbeitsklima das im Hotel herrscht. Ein besonderer Dank an das Zimmerpersonal das täglich die Zimmer immer perfekt aufräumt. Die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit von Andrea, Marcello, Gabriella und Piera am Empfang sind vorbildlich. Komme sicher wieder. Lieber Gruss an Sonia...................Luciano aus Bern

Tutto ok .. un paio di cose da rivedere, per il resto perfetto .. belle abitazioni, sebbene c'era molta gente le strade e dintorni pulite e ordinate. Ci ritorneremo sperando con un clima meno caldo e meno umido. Percorso stradale un po' lunghetto .. manca un po' di segnaletica ..

Splendida esperienza. Personale molto simpatico gentile professionale. Camere sempre pulitissime. Posizione dell'hotel fantastica. Colazione varia e abbondante. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Un caro saluto allo staff della reception da Barbara e Lucio.

Buongiorno. Abbiamo soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo hotel per 3 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ottima pulizia, posizione eccellente con la possibilità di cenare e colazione in una terrazza con vista mare . Il pranzo non è incluso in quanto abbiamo fatto mezza pensione ma si ha la possibilità di mangiare cmq da loro. La cucina molto buona con vasta possibilità di scelta del menù il giorno prima. Gli addetti della sala molto attenti e scrupolosi in tutto . La.camera molto bella pulizia eccellente e molto grande. La colazione molto buona e ricca . Posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia convenzionata con l hotel .
