- The bed was with dirty sheet, with hairs and holes on it.
- No hair dry in the bathroom.
- The floor is stone without carpet, cold to step on it
- The location is good, the old city is close

It is recommended that Ctrip not recommend this hotel to Chinese compatriots. The hotel is less than 2 stars. It is run by Arabs. The surrounding environment is extremely chaotic and there are no rules. Apart from parking, there is no advantage. Tucao this hotel. There is not one thing that our countrymen like. I had an excellent time at this hotel, with comfortable rooms, a wide variety of diverse and fresh cuisines on offer and incredibly accomodating and helpful staff who were willing to go to great lengths to ensure that we enjoyed our stay and were made to feel at home. The location was also very convenient, with the site located a short walk from the old city and Al-Aqsa Mosque.

All the staff and super friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious. Even though the hotel is built in the 50’s, it is well maintained. The older lady that works the breakfast buffet is very helpful and kind. The breakfast is a nice variety. The man who works the main desk (I think his name is Sam) is super nice, accommodating, helpful and easy to talk too. The young man who’s the manager is also very nice and always greets you.
