The location of the hotel is excellent. The territory is also wonderful. Nice pool (however, the pool staff could have been more friendly). The breakfast is excellent. That's where all the good things finished.
The service is disgusting. Room cleaning was very bad. I had to remind them about everything (change the bathrobe , bring coffee). The rooms are very old, and the bath is very inconvenient . When you wash, you always fill the bathroom floor.
Upon check-in, they left a deposit in dollars - they promised to return the dollars upon check-out, but in the end they said that it is not possible and gave us shekels (recalculated at a predatory rate).
It is very strange to get such service, when you pay 900 USD per night.

From reception, boarding, housing facilities, room service, dining and more. They are all five-star or above, and the highest is 6-star service. The only disadvantage is that the room size is relatively small.

I had not been at the KD for many years when it was the best in Jerusalem and my recent experience just confirms it remains the best in Jerusalem. There are some other (I know 2 other hotels in JLM) excellent hotels but none matches the so unique ambiance carried by History of the KD

Approached by public relation officer Ellen High profile lady suited for the ambulance of the king david I always feel welcomed by herb I feel always at home in the environment of the high profile hotel king david she's well suited to.float around hotel guests all staff superb in welcoming to the hotel I feel that I am accompanied by highly professional staff historical hotel plenty of movement I like that flora shalem guest

This was probably one of the best days I’ve had in a hotel. I had the spa package, the staff is incredible, the hotel is beautiful, the massage was excellent, the food was incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough. Absolutely incredible.

We came to the hotel for a breakfast. The food was good. We would like to specially mention the service of the staff in the dinning room. They were very polite , efficient and helpful and they made the breakfast a very enjoyable experience
