A perfect stay at the Dan Panorama Hotel! The room was luxurious, clean, and well-designed. The food was a true delight, with a rich and varied selection of high-quality dishes. The only thing that bothered me was the extreme crowd at the pool in August, which felt too small for the number of guests and left no room to sit. Despite this, I had a wonderful time and highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our vacation at this hotel. The staff is welcoming, the room is clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable, the breakfast is rich and delicious. The location is great. Highly recommend!

Visited for 2 nights with my daughter. Usually stay at an alternative hotel but fancied a change. The room and bathroom were lovely, clean and comfortable. We love Israeli breakfasts but this was appalling and the worst we’d ever experienced in Israel. The cooked food tasted rubbery from being overcooked. The salad eg cabbage had lost all its crunch, the bread and pastries were stale. Yesterday they brought out fresh cheesecake which I got all hopeful for, it’s was semi frozen! Even the soft drinks had been so heavily diluted they had lost their flavour. For this reason we won’t be visiting again.

Outstanding Staff!!! Shout out to Oded Amiel and Saloom Abu Laban, who made me feel welcome and saw to anything I needed and then some. These were difficult times in Israel, with nightly mischief from Iran, and the staff, particularly Oded and Saloom held it all together. The pool is delightful, the lobby is pleasant, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is GREAT... but, really, it is the staff (Rabbi included) who make this an outstanding place to stay. Also, a shoutout to Vilma on the housekeeping team Thank you ALL.

I meant to leave this review sooner, but the experience was too good not to share! During my stay at Dan Panorama, I was especially impressed by the attentiveness and professionalism of the wait staff. Every interaction was warm, courteous, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to come across a team that goes above and beyond to make guests feel cared for. The food was another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, each meal felt thoughtfully prepared and exceeded expectations. Overall, the hospitality left a lasting impression. I’m grateful for the experience and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice stay at the Dan Panorama hotel in Jerusalem. We were there with our extended family for Passover. The hotel is a bit worn out, and it does show in the non-renovated rooms. However, location is amazing, and the hotel has kept a very warm and comfortable atmosphere. Service was great and food was very good. Despite the busy Passover season, every staff from the reservation center (Nachama), mashgiach (Rabbi Melul), banquet manager (Sigalit), food manager (Bassam) to the front desk (Achmed) were great at accommodating our requests and making sure our stay and celebration go very well, always with a smile. Thank you!
