SpringHill Suites Houston Hwy. 290/NW Cypress

My family of 3 stayed here for 3 weeks when we first relocated to Texas and it was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had in the US. Every area from the parking lot, to the common areas, to the rooms were very clean and inviting. One of the cleanest laundry room I’ve seen in a long time. The front desk staff is super friendly and accommodating. The let us do an early check in ( based on room availability) and the experience began from there. We had a king room requested new linens for the pull out sofa and they brought them up right away. The housekeeping staff was very good at cleaning the room and vacuuming EVERYDAY (at my request). The pool area and outdoor patio w/ grills and seating were both amazing. They offer breakfast every morning which saved a lot of money. The kitchenette has a full size stove and refrigerator which were immaculately clean along with a full set of dishes, silverware, glasses. Only negative thing I can say is that I wish that they had bigger pots to cook. Walmart, Target, and a grocery are approximately 10-15 minutes away and there is a great restaurant across the parking lot. I would definitely return should the need arise for me to stay in a hotel again. I Highly recommend!!!

The place was very clean. Shower pressure was hot and perfect. All staff were very nice. I stayed for two nights for a class and I would stay again. I do wish there was walkable places to eat, but plenty close to drive to on options. The bar was closed due to Covid I am assuming or lack of staff. My only complaint was I did not like the placement of the Tv in the room. It was difficult to see. Breakfast was great. Not many choices, but all tasty. Great job SpringHill!
