Motel has been great in accommodating to my needs

NOT CLEAN!! there is NO secondary lock on the door, REAKS of MOLD, URINE and smoke. we were given NO towels. some outlets do not work, the window shade DOSENT CLOSE. the people are very disrespectful. very un sanitary. the SMOKE DECTOR is covered completely with plastic and tape. the tv broken. there is paint EVERYWHERE on every service and floor. and what looks like an animal has bite through entertainment center. It’s evident that this room hasn’t been cleaned in quite sometime.

When I first got out of my car to get in my room it reeked of dog poop. Also, during my stay somebody from the office tried opening the door while I was inside. (I watched the young man walk back into the office) Furniture is very old and outdated too.

Very comfortable place. Great staff. Always helpful. The managers are really nice and I can't even explain how helpful they were. They made sure the linens were changed and towels were fresh. I will be back!

Do yourself a favor. Keep going to the next available place. Management or whomever was working at night, Mike was his name. Well Mike got an attitude with us because first I complained that the room he gave us had roaches. They didn't come out at first but as soon as we got comfortable they sure came out. Well Mike acted as. If we were bothering him but he gave us another room. We hoped that we were in good hands and then again, once we got comfortable, the roaches themselves got comfortable. This time Mike said he couldn't or wouldn't do anything for us since we supposedly were taking advantage of the situation. Well Mike, sorry to tell you again but we just can't relax in a roach infested room. Not the first one nor the second one. Manage your place better Mike. We even had to go thru our belongings just to make sure their roaches weren't trying to escape and come along with us. That place should be called the Red Roach Inn

Stayed here of 2 weeks. And not one day did I get house service. I asked the front desk for service. He assured me the room will be service. And.... that was a lie. I saw a short Hispanic lady that was a housekeeper. I asked her to please service my room. She said okay. I returned to my room.... no service. Had to bring towels and bed sheet to front desk to be exchanged. I thought I was the only guess with the issue. No... two other guess was at the front desk... heard my complaint and said... this is how they do business. Meanwhile the housekeeping staff congregate to talk about the weekend. Past by guess rooms and never some to clean them until you check out. Advise... go elsewhere.

Wonderful people always try to help you with every possible ways. Hidden gem in JERSEY VILLAGE. Restaurant right in the corner gives you so much convenience. Location is right off the freeway. FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET. I can't ask for anything more for the price I paid for my room.
