Not too clean, refrigerator was noisy, mattress was a little deformed where we sat. We arrived at 10:30 pm, stayed one night and checked out. The good thing is free parking.

Le préposé à l'accueil et le personnel en général très peu sympathiques. Les tuiles de la salle de bain brisées. Le plancher pas balayé et lavé dans la chambre. Pas de déjeuner le matin tel que mentionné seulement du café, même pas fameux. La seule note positive: le lit est très confortable!

Avoid staying here at all costs. Money was taken from my account prior to checkin and was told if would go back to my account within the next days, and full amount was taken at check in. Worst customer service. Iron broken. Hallways smell crazy.

The reservation was the total opposite of what we booked, when we got there. We were giving complete attitude, when we walked through the door. The WiFi did not work and the front desk, was no help and did not care. We booked for a king sized bed, Smoking room, and was given a double bed, non smoking. There was black mold in the bathroom, and mattresses stacked in the parking garage. I will never recommend anyone to this location.

Staff were friendly. Bathroom spigot was very loose. Breakfast was SAD. Bagged orange juice, oatmeal cookie, and chocolate muffin which we do not eat. Was expecting Continental Breakfast as other hotels have. Eggs, toast, bagels, English muffins, yogurt , fruit etc that you could choose. Not a bag given to you with no choose - was all wasted as we could not eat it. 😥😕
