1st room had so much "Fabuloso" or similar cleaner that hours of venting/window open/AC on could not alleviate. Finally was allowed to move; 2nd room stunk like a dirty mushroom farm. Damp. Long hairs on bath towels. Rattling, loud bathroom fan. Broken bathroom door lock. Smell never disappeared. Needs carpet shampoo/new curtains/bedding maybe? Manager's answer was a measly, pitiful 1000 bonus points, and no reduction in their rate that was already too much for this property. Not adequate at all for all I went through. I will never stay at this property again. (To be fair, grounds were fairly clean, good breakfast, nice friendly desk staff)

What a pleasant surprise! They have a happy hour and a cook to order breakfast. They are pet friendly and just very friendly in general. Rooms are very comfortable. The rate was very reasonable compared to the other Best Westerns we stated in Idaho and Wyoming.

Outstanding stay. We had a King Suite which was huge. Sitting room with bedroom and bath with separate tub toilet and sink. Microwave and fridge and another sink in sitting room. Was a great surprise to find out that breakfast offered made to order omelettes and they had lots of options and were very tasty. Staff was very helpful.

Mooi hotel op een goeie doorreis locatie, schone kamers, vriendelijk personeel, helaas geen lift dus als je op de 2e verdieping zit ff sjouwen, en ze waren met renovatie bezig van het zwembad, helaas. Ontbijt prima, vers bereid keuze ei/omelet en genoeg keuze andere dingen

Friendly. Easy to book. But the smell from the infuser is overwhelming. Could not go into room for a while while clearing out the smell and turning off the infuser. Need to use neutral smell so that allergic reactions do not ruin trip. A little updating is needed.

If you’re thinking of staying here, maybe just don’t.
The guy behind the desk seemed like doing his job was an inconvenience.. our first room smelled like mold and when I went back to the desk he seemed annoyed. The next room was on the second floor which there was no elevator to. I wish I would have realized that since my mom who needs hip replacement surgery was with me. The next room smelled a little better but wasn’t clean. There was hair in the shower, stuff all over the floor and the beds were awful. And don’t get me started on the wads they called pillows.
