The hotel is located in the city center! We really liked the hotel, cozy, calm. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and cozy. The food is very tasty, especially the breakfast 🥞 The view from the window is just gorgeous. I really liked the library, there is such an atmosphere and different books. I hope to return for the summer season.

We had a short stop at Jermuk Armenia Resort during our daytrip to Jermuk. Jermuk is renowned for its sanitarium and health facilities. They say that the spring water in Jermuk has medicinal qualities so we gave it a try just for the experience. The water though potable did not taste good. There is a huge man-made lagoon at the site and plenty of pine trees in the area. The colorful flowers in the garden adds beauty to the landscape.

By the side water if different temperature available to drink. Good for health and amazing to taste in different temperatures. Must buy an empty paper glass for 100 Dram in the near by shopmat entrance and taste water in different temperatures. Near by Hyaat hotel also available children play area,eateries,shopping available. Also dont forget to buy boiled corn from street vendors

We had carefully planned our stop at the Jermuk spa during our trip to Armenia, but we never thought we would find the Armenia resort so beautiful and functional. Beautiful room with large bathroom on the ground floor, quiet, fresh, renovated like the whole environment, beautiful marble rooms where starting from the afternoon anyone can play the piano and in the evening a virtuoso pianist entertains people. Thermal pool, gym, sauna, mud baths, massages, general medical examination with electrocardiogram, blood tests.....all included in the price and all voluntary of course. All for 60 euros per person per day for full board.. Outside a beautiful park in the middle of the valley at 2000 meters, where you can walk and taste the sulfur waters.. Peace, tranquility.. extreme kindness from the staff who speak English. wi fi for two euros per day. The only small flaw: the cuisine, not very varied, but certainly healthy. Armenia Resort will remain in our memories for a long time. We were the only Italians among all those Armenians who were there for the spa treatments or just to rest...

We had a terrible time on our family visit. The list is endless from below average meals to zero amenities. We were told about spa facilities and on reaching, we were told to go to another hotel, their facilities are shut for a year without any information. Aircon doesn’t work nor do they have standing fans. Their breakfast area is also very unclean and badly maintained. The worst part is that the staff doesn’t care, nor does the owner.

My husband and I thought for a long time about where to spend our vacation and eventually chose the Armenia Hotel in Jermuk!!! We really liked everything!! We stayed in the second building, which is 120 meters from the main building. The rooms are large with a balcony overlooking the mountains, our balcony looked at the cable car. Meals are three times a day, varied, you will definitely not go hungry, plus there are also medical procedures, exercise therapy, mineral baths, Charcot shower, Vichy, inhalations, massage and much more. When you arrive, you are given a small medical book, you go to the doctor and he prescribes procedures for you. Both the doctors and the nurses are so nice and polite!! There is also a pool, by the way, very clean, swimming is a pleasure!!! We were very pleased!
