Этот отель просто замечательный! Мы бы поставили ему 10 из 10 по всем параметрам. В этом месте всё прекрасно: великолепные виды на горы, живописная обстановка, из которой не хочется уезжать. Особенно хочется отметить великолепную еду. Шведский стол с трехразовым питанием был настолько разнообразным и вкусным, что просто невозможно было выбрать. Также стоит упомянуть отличные спа-процедуры. Отдельное спасибо хочется сказать персоналу. Все сотрудники без исключения были очень доброжелательными, улыбчивыми и приветливыми. А ещё в этом прекрасном отеле мы познакомились с потрясающей семьёй из Москвы. Анжела и Александр, вы сделали наш отдых ещё более ярким и незабываемым. Это место оставило у нас только тёплые воспоминания, и мы надеемся вернуться сюда в следующем году.

My family and I (2 adults , 2 kids) recently visited Jermuk hotel and spa and was pleased to see this calibre of hotel within the city of Jermuk . We initially planned to stay for 2 nights but decided to extend to 4 nights to take it all in. The hotel accommodated for all our needs , starting from basic bag service to your room , unlimited buffet dinning (Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner ) , kids club (comes with adult supervision ), pool and spa facilities , outdoor play set for the kids , proper gym room, 2 X bars and most importantly health spa treatment. I would like to particularly thank Khachik and his wife Melina for making our stay pleasent for the entire duration , especially for accommodating my needs when it came to work. Also would like to extend a thanks for Tamara from kids club for looking after the kids while my wife and I enjoyed the health treatments. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to retreat to a calm and surreal environment . You won't regret it.

Санаторий расположен в живописном месте над рекой. Номера просторные и тихие. Приветливый персонал (говорят по-Русски) и хорошее медицинское обслуживание. Отличное питание - шведский стол с большим выбором блюд. SPA зона включает все необходимое для отдыха с великолепным видом на горы и выходом на террасу (там можно позагорать). Чистый горный воздух. Минеральная вода достаточно нейтральная и наверное подойдет всем (в том же самом Кисловодске нужно подбирать источник). В шаговой доступности парк с бюветом. Уровень цен соответствует статусу заведения. У нас подобный санаторий будет стоить дороже. Для Россиян: в поселке несколько банков, где можно поменять рубли на драмы. Также есть банкоматы ВТБ, в которых можно с картой МИР снять драмы. Нам с женой очень понравилось! Если вы до этого не бывали на высокогорье, то советую брать дней 10 - 15, так как первые 2 - 3 дня будет акклиматизация.

Джермук это сказочный уголок, чистый уютный, ухоженный, спокойный, красивый город !!! Отель стоит на прекрасном месте, вид обвораживает, вокруг горы, лес, река в каньоне, тишина, лепота. Обслуживание в гостинице на 10, вокруг такая чистота, даже соринки не найдешь, и внутри, и вокруг снаружи. Персонал добродушный, вежливый, отзывчевый. Номера удобные с видом на каньон .Постель мягкая,белрснежная.В комнате все есть до мелочей,от ниток с иголками,утюга,фена, кофе машина итд,итп Бассейн чистый, большой, без запаха хлора, температура воды лично для меня низкий 25-26, но это индивидуально, может кому то нравится именно такая. Еда, это вообще круто, как в ресторане, многообразие, вкуснотища, красиво обставлено. Шеф повару особенная благодарность! Официанты красиво, чисто одеты, красивые, молодые, глаз радует. Около гостиницы прекрасный сад,для ходьбы. Есть оздоровительные меропрятия, минеральные ванны, процедуры входящие в цену проживания.Есть и платные,массаж,и другие.По всем пунктам 10 из 10. Единственный минус,это вайфай, очень медленный, может быть из за молнии. Это место, куда хочется вернуться!!

Jermuk Hotel and Spa is truly a superb resort with super friendly staff providing excellent service from the moment you check in. We reserved the Luxe room with full treatment package including breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spa treatment provided by the hotel’s staff is truly of high quality. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet selections and their quality is flawless. The resort also has beautiful grounds where one can kick back, relax and have a nice cup of coffee or a nice drink from the loft bar. Ms. Tatev from housekeeping provided an outstanding daily service. Special thanks to Mr. Narek and Ms. Tatev for the ease of check in and checkout, Ms. Ani for physiotherapy, Ms. Hermine for hyperthermal mineral water treatment and the entire dining staff for their excellent service. Definitely, a place that we plan to return to when back in Yerevan.

Потрясающий отель, очень приветливые сотрудники-профессионалы. Гостиница свежая, все со вкусом, номера просторные и чистые, невероятный вид из балкона на природу. По поводу воды, многие пишут, что чайник есть, а воды нет либо нужно покупать. Ребят, в Джермуке чистейшая вода из под крана. Там же таблички есть во всех номерах, что воду из под крана можно пить) наверно просто людям это непривычно) Отдельный восторг - это кухня. Были в этом отеле два раза, второй раз выбирали ради еды) Была в очень многих отелях Европы и Азии, но такого изобилия и качества не встречала нигде. Еда на любой вкус и все настолько вкусно. Персонал приветливый, улыбчивый, в процессе постоянно убирают посуду лишнюю. Так же ходили на процедуры, сотрудницы наимилейшие. В общем, очень остались довольны отдыхом. Всем теперь рекомендую этот отель.

Nice place to visit with your family. The hotel has everything necessary. We liked the food and accommodations. The place around is nice as well. For a big family they have twin rooms, which was very practical for us. Spa, fitness center and pool - enough to have a good rest
