Ótima pousada em Jeri. Instalações novas e bem cuidadas. Café da manhã excelente. Limpeza. E ótima localização. Detalhe super positivo quanto à presteza, educação e vontade de bem atender dos funcionários; não cito o nome de nenhum para não ser injusto, pois todos são merecedores de elogio e agradecimento.

1. Nao reservaram o quarto nas condicoes que pedimos, apesar de haverem solicitado por mais de uma vez qual ocomodacao que gostariamos; 2. Atendimento péssimo! Exceto pela sra reaponsavel pelo café da manhã que foi super atenciosa e prestativa, os demais funcionários estavam “de mau com a vida”. Parecia um peso terem que nos atender; 3. Apesar do bom atendimento no café da manhã, sofri uma entoxicação alimentar devido algum alimento compromerido. E nao comi qualquer outra refeicao no dia que pudesse causar o problema, então…; 4. É “padrão” de todas as pousadas ou hiteis efetuarem o check-out ao meio-dia, mesmo sabendo que os voos partem da cidade apenas às 17:00h. Nada custaria uma gentileza aos hospedes sincronizarem o check-out para 13:30~14:00h e evitar de ficar 2 horas sentado na recepção aguardando o traslado ao aeroporto.

A Vila Beija Flor é espetacular, impecável, desde a área da recepção até área comum da piscina, com muita área verde. Quartos bem limpos e grandes, a pousada é bem cuidada, ótima manutenção. Irei retornar em breve
