Wonderful hotel, extremely helpful staff and extremely well designed room. The front desk were brilliant, they all had lots of information for us and very kindly printed maps and routes for us to take. They also made reservations at great places for us for dinner. All in all no hesitation in recommending this great hotel.

Possibly my favorite hotel stay in recent years. The staff are so warm and welcoming and helpful. The road in front of the hotel was under construction during our stay, but the hotel works hard to help you and your luggage to the hotel without issue. We only ate at the on site restaurant once and it was a highlight. The deluxe room was one of the most luxurious rooms we have ever stayed in, with high quality, soft linens and beautiful architecture. The hotel lets you pre-select your toiletries. We chose Codage, a French company I had never heard of, and their scents were quite pleasant. Some items to note: I am sensitive to scents and there were some intense scents and perfumes in the rooms and hotel overall. I asked them to remove the diffuser in the bathroom, which helped and I then aired out the room. The scents in the hallway outside our room and the entrance to the hotel were simply overwhelming to me. I did not tell the staff and just held my breath in those areas, but it is something to know if you have similar sensitivities.

An oasis in the centre of Jerez. Perfect for relaxing after exploring Andalusian Horses, Flamenco and Sherry tasting, which makes it an ideal destination for a long weekend. Stunning decor, comfy beds and the most accommodating staff. Worthy of the price.

This has to be the best hotel in Jerez. It is an oasis inside with a charming lobby, wonderful outdoor bar and lounge, and pleasant restaurant with good food. Our room had a private patio where we ate lunch one day. Felix the bellman found us at the end of the street behind construction, took our luggage, and had us inside the hotel and then room in no time. Borja at the front desk was efficient and charming. Although all of the staff were very pleasant, these two were specially so. I highly recommend this hotel.

Outstanding hotel. Beautifully presented and spotlessly maintained. The room was top class and both dark and quiet at night. Exceptional service from all staff, who were both responsive and proactive. It also has a very good restaurant on site, where we had dinner one night.

El hotel, el servicio, la localización es simplemente perfecto, esta vez fui de trabajo a la Feria de jerez con personas de fuera de España y ha sido mi segunda estancia, la primera fue con mi esposa y yendo de placer o de negocios, el hotel es de una sutileza, elegancia y clase fuera de lo normal, el staff al nivel del propio hotel, espectacular, volveré sin duda. mil gracias por vuestra atención y amabilidad os mando un cordial saludo Pedro L. Loved everything about the hotel. Great room. Very clean. Spacious. Superb location. Very friendly reception and vallet service. We will be back for sure. This is the one place to stay in Jerez. Super efficient check in and check out too Highly recommended
