Ein Kleinod in Jerez. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Vom sehr freundlichen Empfang über das mehr als großzügige Zimmer, der schöne Garten mit Pool, dem Bar- und Restaurantservice und die Qualität des Essens. Das Hotel liegt in einem Innenstadtbereich aber etwas entfernt der Altstadt. Die Königlich Andalusische Reitschule liegt dafür nur 8 Minten Fußweg entfernt. Die Zufahrt zum Hotel erfolgt durch ein durch Anruf bei der Rezeption zu öffnendes Tor. Das Hotel selber hat nur knapp 20 Zimmer. Preis-Leistung, ob der Exklusivität, des Services und der Ruhe. Der Garten mit Pool lud sehr zum Entspannen ein. Einzig die Platten rund um den Pool müssten regelmäßig gereinigt werden, da dort sehr viel Vogelkot lag.

Staff very welcoming & friendly. Very helpful with booking tickets and giving information & advice about places to visit. Lovely spacious & comfortable bedroom & bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Food & service in the restaurant was very good. Breakfast perhaps a little average for this standard of hotel but there was still a reasonable choice. Hotel is very quiet and the pool area and gardens are a lovely, tranquil place to relax.

I think this was our 4th visit to Villa Jerez. Still fantastic. Service is 1st class, always with a friendly smile. Nothing is too much trouble. Peaceful & quiet, room was very spacious, spotlessly clean as always. About 15 minute walk to the town centre, its a pleasure to stroll into the centre to enjoy the wonderful buzzing ambience. Love this hotel, love this town!

The hotel and staff are all lovely and its such a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms and bathrooms are large and the beds were lovely too. In its position around a 20 minute walk from the centre of time, it was lovely and quiet, whilst not being too far away from everything. Would definitely recommend.

A small quiet beautiful relaxing hotel a 15 minute walk from the centre of Jerez. The rooms are stylish and very well appointed and the staff are all extremely helpful and accommodating. We had an early train when leaving and were provided with a pack up breakfast to take with us. The lady on reception (sorry can’t remember her name) went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel when staying in Jerez.

Absolutely incredible. This hotel is everything you could ask for in a hotel. Beautiful rooms, pretty gardens, delicious food and very attentive staff. Who could ask for more. It is a wonderful retreat from the city that is still only a 15min walk away

Siendo generosos, vamos a poner normal. El hotel, que tiene calificacion de 5 estrellas, seria un 4 estrellas para mi. Nos dieron una habitación en el parking; una construccion a parte que parecia l habitacion del jardinero. Ruido de la carretera, del parking.. Amenities de hotel de tres estrellas. Desayuno, justito. Muebles del recibto de los años 70 pero sin estilo. No lo puedo recomendar como el hotel que esperaba que fuese, lamentablemente.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos y la verdad es que es un lugar muy agradable. Destacaría lo bonito de su arquitectura, las amplias habitaciones y sobre todo la amabilidad del personal del primero al último. En un paseo te plantas en el centro de Jerez por lo que creo que está bien situado. La piscina aunque pequeña es muy cómoda y no está para nada masificada. Un muy buen lugar para relajarse y descansar.

Muy correcto sin pretensiones, suficiente para un estancia muy agradable. Desayuno suficiente, sin excesos. No céntrico. Pero con la comodidad d del parking gratuito. Sin ruidos y piscina para refrescarse en verano. Desayuno en jardines con piscina genial, dentro en interior muy agradable
