신라스테이는 처음 이용해보는데 너무 만족스러운 경험이였어요 직원분들이 매우 친절하셨고 방 상태도 깨끗하고 넓었습니다 뷰도 좋았고 티비로 유튜브, 넷플릭스 등도 시청할수있었어요 방은 매일 청소 받을수있고 비품들도 계속 채워주셔서 편하게 잘 사용했습니다 한옥마을에서 걸어서 10분정도 걸리고 근처에 시장도 있고 좋아요 다음번엔 가족들이랑 와도 될만큼 너무 좋았어요 또 방문하고싶네요 !

룸업그레이드 해주셨어요
시설 좋고 전주한옥마을과 도보로 얼마 걸리지 않았으나
(그 날 너무 ~ 더워서 ㅜ 좀 아쉬웠네오 뚜벅이론 힘들었어요)
날씨 이슈로 인한거라 ! 날 좋은날에는 괜찮을것같애요 굿
숙소 옆에 lp카페가있는데 부모님이랑 같이 가기 추천 !!

기념일 여행으로 신라스테이 묵었습니다.
단점은 딱히 없지만 하나 고르자면 객실내 이동식 테이블이 없어서 바닥에 음식을 펼쳐 놓고 먹었습니다.. 그치만? 그것도 괜찮아요 ... 왜냐하면 음식응 흘려서 바닥을 물티슈로 벅벅 닦는데 정말 검정때 하나 안 묻어나왔습니다.. 그만큼 청결이 너무 좋아서 다음에 또 갈 계획입니다🌼

친절하고, 조식도 맛있고, 모두 좋았으나
객실 내 화장실.....하...모든 좋은 것을 잊고 고거 하나 기억하게 합니다. 물이 안 내려가요.
자동으로 내려가는 시스템인 것 같은데 안 내려가서 옆에 버튼을 눌러서 내리기까지 하고, 몇 번을 내려도 물이 차 오르지 않아요.
그리고 아침엔 냄새가....올라옵니다.
다른 곳은 모두 청결하게 관리되고 있고,
탑 라운지 풍경도 좋습니다.
하지만 진짜...화장실은 너무 심각했어요.

위치도 한옥마을 둘러보기에 딱 좋고 최근에 지어진 건물이라 깨끗하고 물도 시원하게 잘 나옵니다! 어메니티들도 깔끔하고 바디로션까지 구비되어있어 좋았습니다!
다만 아쉬운건 주차 들어가는 길이 너무 좁아서 큰차들은 너무 힘듭니다ㅜ

방음이 잘 안되어 복도를 지날때 다른 방에서 *** *** 소리가 적나라하게 들렸습니다. 탑층이었는데 수온이 차가웠다 뜨거웠다 반복하고 수압도 약했습니다. 뷰는 기대할 수준은 아니었습니다. 라운지에서도 시끄럽게 떠드는 사람들 때문에 힘들었습니다. 조식은 먹을만 하지만 제 가격 주고 먹기에는 아까운 수준이었습이다.
