○ 가격 대비 전반적인 시설 수준은 보통 수준으로 평가됨
○ 프런트 데스크 안내 직원의 손님에 대한 응대 태도가 서비스 업종 종사자로서는 적절하지 않아 보였음
- 특별히 불친절할 정도까지는 아니었으나, 손님 맞이 인사 태도, 작은 목소리로 리셉션 업무 처리, 조식 메뉴에 대한 부정확한 정보 제공은 시정되어야 함
○ 객실 내 침구류 보관장 안에 있는 베개, 이불의 청결 상태가 좋지 않았음
- 사용한 흔적이 있고 머리카락이 남아 있었음
- 침대의 침구류는 깨끗하였음
○ 욕실 샤워 부스 안의 샤워기 헤드와 호스 연결 부위에서 물이 많이 새 사용에 어려움이 있었음

연식이 좀 된 리조트라 시설은 좋지는 않았습니다. 한 겨울이라 방은 살짝 추웠네요. 그러나 가격대비는 나쁘지는 안았습니다.

하이원으로 스키타러 간 김에 예약해봤어요. 설연휴 시즌이라 그런지 정신이 없고 체크인 대기가 길고 룸이 늦게 준비되어 지연이 좀 있었네요,, 주변에 밥 먹으러 나가기가 살짝 애매한데 로비에 치킨 피자집 있어서 좋았어요!
겨울을 즐길 수 있는 뷰라 좋았습니다!

1층 로비 옆 자판기에서 물을 살 수는 있지만.. 정수기가 없는 것이 단점입니다.
조식은.. 엄청난 편은 아니고 간단히 먹기 좋은 정도입니다. 가격대비 조금 아쉬운 정도입니다. 다음에 가면 그냥 밖에서 먹을 듯 합니다.
그 외에는 깔끔하고 위치 좋고, 1층에 24시간은 아니지만 편의점 있고, 스키샵에서 바로 렌탈해서 셔틀버스 타고 스키장 왕복 할 수 있어서 좋습니다.
