프론트 : 프론트 직원분 칮절하고 딕션이 굉장히 좋아서 설명해주시는 내내 귀에 쏙쏙 박혀서 너무 좋았습니다. 설명도 너주 친절히 잘해주시고요 :)
레스토랑 : 주변에 아무것도 없어서 TOGO서비스를 사용할 수 밖에 없지만 뭔가 맛은 별롭니다...직원분은 친절하시고요.
룸 컨디션 : 깨끗하고 좋긴한데 이불 커버에 뭔가 이염이 눈에 바로 띄여서 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 룸 재정비는...이불은 대충 펼쳐놓은듯 핏감 1도 없었습니다.
조식 : 전반적으로 깔끔하고 간도 적절해서 좋습니다. 다만 직원분들이 영...케이블카쪽 직원분은 빠르게 식기 정리해주시고 너무 좋았지만 호텔 입구쪽(주차장 입구 방향) 관리 직원분들은 수다 떨고 식기 정리도 말을 해야 움직여서 정리하고...너무 별로였습니다. 외국인 직원분들 고용을 많이 하시는것 같은데 교육이 좀 더 필요하지 않을까요??
뭔가 금액대비 전반적인 시설이나 서비스를 따지자면...올해 숙박 별점은 3.5점을 주고싶습니다...매년 요맘때쯤 와서 숙박하는데...매년 점수가 줄어갑니다...
