The hotel was really nice. The tourist attractions were nice too. But the room was hot, so I tried to turn on the air conditioner, but it didn't work, which was a shame.

The most worst place I ever had stayed. No matter how long you stay, no room cleaning service is available and only 2 bottles of water are available no matter how long you stay. Also the attitude of the front desk was very rigid. I have traveled a lot and I made reservation thru Trip.com most of times, but they did not tell me anything about their room service policy. I had to clean toilet myself also clean the room myself. No new sheet was available. I also had to go to the front desk to get the password of wifi.
