Pelayanan fasilitas oke ya.. Ruangan Kamar juga AC nya ADEM bener, kamar mandi Mantul, Kasur juga bersih ada lemari pakaian meja dan kursi buat liat lalu lintas jalan raya depan penginapan.. OVeral Recomended buat kalian yang mau traveling di kota JAMBI ini..

I didn't get a room, according to the hotel that I had booked, the rooms were full, and the hotel said that my room reservation was not on the hotel application, so I couldn't check in even though it was confirmed on the trip.com application, and I had transferred before the specified time limit. The trip.con call center service was very bad, where after I called, the menu options in the call center were long-winded and there was no solution from the trip.com application. I couldn't get my rights as a consumer, and I was forced to book a room offline at another hotel. It was a very bad experience. If there is no goodwill from trip.com, I will report it to the authorities and to the consumer protection agency. I will wait for news 7x24 hours from the time I post my review.
