I booked a 3 rooms apartment, but was given a 2 rooms apartment.
The apartment owner/agent is not responsive, replay late and never answer my calls, no point giving phone number for check in arrangements. Sometime reply me in WhatsApp, sometime reply in SMS, very confusing.
In the Instructions given from the landlord, I was given a car park (parking lot number 146) but it was occupied by some other car. Luckily the car owner has leave the contact number on the deskboard, I get to know form the car owner, she also get the instruction from the apartment owner with the same parking slot. I tried to call the landlord a few times, but the owner to answer my call. There is no way to find a parking around this area and I parked my car more than 1 km away from the apartment.
The facilities in the apartment are old, not as shown on the booking page. A glass door is broken and an electric socket is loosen, this is dangerous for kids.
Extremely bad experience staying in this apartment.
