They assigned me the wrong room. When I asked them to show me the correct one, the staff refused, saying they couldn’t assist. Upon entering the room, I found it completely unclean—used blankets, cigarette ashes, and a terrible smell. It was in such bad condition that I couldn’t stay there and had to leave immediately. This was the first time I faced such an issue. unfortunately I missed to take picture.

The room was not same as shown in the picture and aso they had very bad customer service and they tried to frame us when we asked fr refund. When we dont even use their facilities at all .

The room is very hot and smells musty.. the room is not the same as in the picture.. it stings.. I don't want to shut people up but this is in the real thing.. it's the first time we got an unsatisfactory room.. we can't even ask to change the room .. the price is not worth it

No one able to find the hotel!!! Waze/ Taxi @ ghost. Try to call the owner/ hotel unfortunetly fail. Maybe they using budget network also. Or maybe they only work office hour & save their budget. Fail to refund so call cheap hotel that cost me Rm150!! Trust me area are not Tourist friendly. How i can rate negative number to them
