Days Inn by Wyndham Jellico - Tennessee State Line

They don’t have toothpaste and tooth brush. So I had to go to dollar store and buy it. They have tv but it won’t work. They don’t help with small things like giving use and throw plates. When asked they said breakfast room is closed. I didn’t ask for breakfast I asked for plates. The lady is very rude. There won’t be anyone available at the front desk. Lounge is closed. When you call they are rude. Bad experience.

There wasn't any hot water! I see someone reported this back in March of 2025. It's now September 2025 and still no hot water. Also, sheets had mascara smeared on it, was it not washed and just reused??? If we had known this, we would have stayed 10 minutes away in Williamsburg.

Had a very good experience at this inn. The room was newly renovated and very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. All the staff were wonderful and the price could not be beaten.

If you are looking for a warm welcome, clean rooms, or even basic human decency keep scrolling. (the woman at the front desk at check in was nice-but it ends there) A young woman-alone, three hours from home- had the misfortune of staying here after her car broke down late in the day. She paid for room and stayed the night, hoping to figure things out the next morning. Well, she tried. With no rental cars available, she sat quietly in the lobby with her child's car seat, waiting for a ride. Not bothering anyone. Not being loud. Just..sitting. You know, like people do in hotel lobbies. Enter the pajama clad owner/desk clerk, who decide she needed to go. That's right-this hotel actually kicked out a stranded paying guest who was just waiting for help. Because how dare someone be vulnerable and calm in their lobby. And to be clear, this isn't a luxury property enforcing some elite policy. This place is nasty. If you take 2 second to read other reviews, you'll see reports of bedbugs and filthy conditions. Bottom line: If you are in the area, do yourself a favor stay literally anyplace else.

The motel is under renovation and has new owners. All of the rooms are being remodeled and they only have the first floor in the front left before it's complete. Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms and they offer a decent breakfast! It's in a small town so a lot of Karen's want to complain but I've not had a bad experience there and I've been going for YEARS!!!

The room was nicely designed and appeared new. The bed was FANTASTIC! Breakfast was provided. We did not use it, but the pool looked nice.
