There are two staff members, and the big one was a bit rough and unfriendly, so it was uncomfortable. The bed frame in the room was broken, and the blanket was used for 3 nights without being replaced. The window is very dirty and only opens on one side. It is not soundproof, and I am afraid that the door might open, so I cannot get a good rest.

정말 제주도에서 가성비 1등이라고 말씀드릴수있을정도로 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 일단 로비 직원분들이 매일 바뀌셨는데 항상 높은 친절도를 유지하시려는게 보이셨고 방 청소도 매일 해주셔서 청결하게 잘 이용했습니다. 방도 어쩔수없이 시간이 된 건물이지만 인테리어도 새로하고 그래서 겉은 노후됫지만 속은 새롭다라고 말할수있을것같고 위치도 동문 시장이랑 걸어서 갈정도로 가깝고 제주 이마트랑도 정말 걸어서 7분걸린거같은데 너무 가까워서 좋았습니다 너무 만족했습니당

Room with views of the city. Ideal size for two people. Impeccable bathroom. Free coffee machine in the lobby. Very friendly staff.
The only drawback was that the elevator was always on the mezzanine and you had to go up or down stairs with your suitcase, which was a bit uncomfortable.
