The hotel is clean and functional. However, it is a rather old hotel. I came to do the check at 2pm and it was not possible... they told it had to be at 3pm, well, first time that they didn't even let me do the paperwork to have it ready.

The front desk girl is very friendly, she is nice and willing to help akways. close to beach.room is kind of narrow.

Exceptional. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Cute balcony and views of the city and such great assistance from the staff too! Highly recommend.

We found this hotel to be a reasonable price for what they offered. Our breakfast was tasty but a bit overpriced. It was not on the beach but a short walk away from anything you’d like to have.

I highly recommend this hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom was update with newer toilet and a shower. Also you cannot beat the breakfast deal within hotel for the price you pay. I didn’t get the package deal with room and breakfast and paid more on coffee and a couple of pastries in the cafe on my first a few days. I wish I got the package deal from the beginning. They offer both continental breakfast style and Korea food. Everyday there was some changes in menu as well. You can have well balanced meal in buffet.

This hotel doesn't make the bed. I went to the front desk and asked if I had read the housekeeping instructions. I said no, and he asked me how I knew the password. I said I called the front desk. Then he said they would not make the bed.

I had a comfortable stay at the ocean view~ It rained all day so I couldn't go out, but thanks to Ramada, I had a great time It was the most satisfying accommodation in Hamdeok

Seeing that it is a Wyndham hotel, I was in a mood to enjoy it. As a result, the front desk was empty and all check-in was done by self-service. The huge unfamiliar machine and the various Chinese accents emitted by the machine made me confused. Facilities: Old, it should be a very old hotel, similar to Home Inn Express. Service: I went to have breakfast and reported the room number. The restaurant waiter couldn't find the record. When I ran to the front desk to ask, the waiter suddenly regained his sight and found the record. What's more terrible is that this hotel stipulates that you must check out before 11AM, and you will be charged an extra 10,000 won for an hour's delay. It's so ugly! No wonder the rating is so low. I don't know how Wyndham Group requires their SOPs. They have a filter for the entire brand!

The staff are friendly It's about a 5-minute walk from the beach, but It's neat, quiet, and Clean I would definitely visit again next time.

Even though there was no one checking in or checking out, the desk staff asked us to check in and check out only through the kiosk. The room smelled musty. One of the pillows was pitch black, and the blanket also smelled musty, so I couldn't sleep. The bathroom cord cover was covered in dust and hair, the towels smelled musty, and the shower was moldy. I visited again a year ago, but the room service was 180 degrees different, so I will never visit again.
