I loved this hotel! Great service! Very relaxing. The pool was nice and comfortable. I enjoyed everything about my stay. Even made sure we had enough clean towels. They were very attentive and made sure my stay was a success

Booking. Com is facilitating the hotel with deleting negative reviews to keep their rating high. Please do not be decieved. It is disgusting. Management is also poorly trained and unresponsive. They are no help. I had to hunt Kristin down.

Comfy big room with spa. 8 year old had an attached living room sofa . Bed was comfy . Wifi worked. 50 dollar deposit was refunded no problem . They have hygiene products in bathrooms. Can't speak on breakfast. They quit serving at 9 so we missed it. The only thing that I would of changed is a noon check out but that's personal preference. We will stay again when we come back . Thanks 👍 😊

Great night sleep, the kids loved the strawberry waffle option, and the hotel did great accommodating our soccer group for the weekend when we were down for the tournament! The rooms were clean with room service provided. The Pool was nice and warm too!

We stayed two nights. The hotel was very nice, and the room was spacious and comfortable. There was an odd smell when you first walked into the room. It could be from cleaning materials. Once in the room for a few minutes, we did not notice it. Front desk staff was professional and online check in was easy. When we arrived, we were given our key. Breakfast was average with the typical coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, toast, cereal, waffles, yogurt, and bananas and apples. Nice to have something available to start the day! The exercise room could use some more equipment, and it would be nice if the equipment they had faced the TV. It was also very warm in the room. Located in an area with restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

After requesting twice during a four night stay, housekeeping never came. There was visible crusty dirt and mold on bathroom surfaces. No body wash so that was requested, too. For $175 night, the rooms were just okay.

A fantastic hotel for the trip with zero complaints! The staff were friendly, the rooms clean and the public spaces well kept for use by the guests - would stay at again!

Always a pleasure to stay. Well staffed and all employees are accommodating and pleasant. Fair pricing and I can’t say enough about the free breakfast. Perfect location. Easy to get to the interstate and all the main thorough fairs in Louisville.
