The location was literally less than mile from where I needed to be. The hotel was clean, and the staff were super nice!! The only problems we had was figuring out which tv was in our room to connect to and the electric kicked off on us in the whole room once. Other than that, nice place to stay. Definitely will keep them in mind if we need a room in Louisville again.

I'm a pretty easy going sort of person. I feel compelled to write this review because I feel this is among my top two worst hotel stays EVER. Our room smelled very musty. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that we pulled the mattress off and used it on the floor. Mattress was VERY low quality and even the kiddos could feel the springs through it. Had a horrible sleep. Shower rod was broken away from the wall which caused the curtain to sag toward the middle. I will not stay in this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

We traveled from NJ for a family reunion held at the hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better location for us to gather! Our cousin who organized the event and worked closely with the hotel said everyone was so easy to work with and so accommodating. When we arrived, we were greeted by Erik who immediately made us feel so welcomed!! He and the entire staff took amazing care of our family during our stay, and made the entire reunion such a wonderful experience. Everyone went above and beyond for our family gathering- thank you all!!

Great location central location Supposed to be non smoking, going to and from room reminded me of the 70s pot smoking in other rooms, went on for 2 days, caused us to gain 5 lbs, very bad odor from this.

The pillows were amazing I tried to purchase some but they said they did not have any for sale. The rooms were enormous and quite honestly I can't remember the last time I had so much food for breakfast... the selection was fantastic. We will definitely be back they were almost half the price of the Marriott

They need to update the rooms, the tube had a dirty look the carpet had a slight smell and needs to be replaced. The breakfast wasn't good everything was over cooked and dry and should stay open until 10am. The waffle maker was good. Yurgt was good.

The hotel was disgusting, run down and old. We had ants in our room. They never did room service and we stayed there 3 nights, for a volleyball tournament. There was black stuff in the ice-we had to buy ice at a local gas station. Very noisy. The staff was very nice.
