This hotel was perfect location to many local attractions as everything was within 15 minute drive. The hotel was right off highway and there is lots of places to shop and eat along the main road. The hotel was clean, quiet and rooms were very dark to sleep in. Would stay again. It was ideal to visit Church hill downs, downtown and golf courses.

While checking out Monday morning 4/21, I asked the desk clerk to speak with the manager, whom I was not available. The clerk courteously, asked if he could help me with anything. I told him I wished to advise them of what I felt was a dangerous condition in the bathroom tub as being VERY, VERY slick/slippery to step into when wet, causing a slip/fall condition. Which I did experience, and fortunately with some fast footwork saving me a potential accident and the hotel owners a potential expensive lawsuit. Also, as a note the operation of the shower was not obvious and quite perplexing being controlled by a valve under neath the water faucet out of plain site. John R Ford

The rundown abandoned hotel was a little disconcerting upon arrival but the overall hotel itself was very nice. The walls are very thin. We could hear other guests at all hours.

Whoever was working the front desk Thursday evening she was completely rude and outta pocket for no reason. Asked if they had handicap rooms and she said she wouldn’t change it which was no problem until she started with her little rude comments. WILL NEVER stay again may look nice but staff makes the hotel feel hostel!

Will stay here again Friendly front desk. He had everything ready when we arrived. Ease of check in and check out. No hassle. Quiet and clean. Room was spacious and comfortable.

I booked a room for the weekend. I had a King Suite. Upon Entry into my room there was major wall damage which appeared to be water remediated related. There were two large spots like that. Overall the hotel was outdated and poorly maintained. Pool was cold. 5th floor elevator opening has damage that needs attention. For the price the facilities side of this property is not the move. Staff were all amazing tho!

Would stay again Great location with easy access to shopping, restaurants and highway. Large facility with good gym and pool. Friendly staff. But they need to update the beds with mattress pads. And they need to tear down the damaged building in the front.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, the rooms were super clean and comfy, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had I can’t wait to come back!
