We had room 403 which is a standard room, but very long with plenty of space for everything. The little kitchenette has a dishwasher and refrigerator, there is a safe and iron and all the things you would expect. the bathroom has a shower, no tub no magnifying mirror. The lighting is pretty good. This room was right next to the elevator, which for us was convenient. the storage is well thought out. We had some help from a wonderful woman at the desk named Vanessa. What we liked best was that there was always water available at the front desk at no cost to us. I just hate when hotels charge you an overwhelming amount for water that they pay very little for . The Internet seemed very good.

This is a well maintained property, with a very clean, well kept room. My only complaint is the pillows were not very comfortable. Otherwise, it was a good stay overall. There were super minor signs of wear, but nothing worth documenting. As some one who hates being in a hotel, I was pleased.

This is perhaps the nicest Hilton Brand hotel that we have stayed in long time. The hotel room was spotless and we enjoyed the suite like amenities. Full size dishwasher, apartment sized refrigerator/freezer, all kitchen utensils and area to make a small meal and coffee. Everything was spotless and the Customer Service at the front desk was perfection. The breakfast was AMAZING!! The breakfast had the best waffles but the highlight was the many different items to make breakfast sandwiches. Every kind of bread items, meats, chicken tenders, bacon, sausage, and fresh cheeses. There were so many different things to dress your waffles or yogurt. Truly my favorite breakfast offered anywhere. I forgot to mention that the breakfast staff could not have been anymore kind. Skip the other hotels in the area if you want a truly special place to stay with your loved ones.

This was my first time staying at a Home2. My stay has surpassed my expectations. Check-in was quick and easy. Didn’t even have to stop by the front desk. Digital check-in allows you to check in and choose a room a day before arrival. We got in pretty late and pretty tired so this was definitely a much appreciated convenience. Stayed in a queen/queen room which was quite spacious. The bed - mattress and pillows - were extremely comfortable. The A/C works great and keeps the room cool. There is a curtain that allows you to separate the living room area from the bedroom area. One thing that has really stood out is the cleanliness of the room. Sometimes you check into hotel rooms that appear clean at first glance, but aren’t. This was not the case here. Looking at certain spots like walls or the sides of nightstands, you can tell that housekeeping has paid attention to detail. Very convenient to Harper’s Ferry. I would definitely stay here again when visiting this area.

Appreciated the professional customer service, very clean environment. Our room was well cared for, comfortable furniture and nothing looked wore or tired. The kitchenette was perfect for medicine and waters. Breakfast had a bit of everything for selections with coffee all day. Would recommend and return in the future.

Great hotel! We loved our stay! They offer free water and apples...nice touch. The room set up was amazing and the space was utilized very well. Beds were comfy. Bathroom could use some paint touchup. Breakfast was great and the hotel was very clean and updated. Def recommend and would go back.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The continental breakfast was really great and options changed daily. Room was ready quick and clean. Easy drive to Harper’s Ferry and other areas.
