I stayed here after a Red Rocks show as I have a disability and driving home to CoS in the dark isn’t an option. Besides initially giving me a room that was at the end of the 1st floor hall (I walk with 2 canes, plus I had my luggage and purse), and not telling me to go right and instead let me go left and discover my room wasn’t that way. I was in pain and tears walking to the other end of the hall to find my room and a housekeeper that didn’t speak English, but understood, helped me and retrieved her boss to help me. The housekeeping supervisor got me reassigned to a room next to the elevator. They thought they bumped me up to a suite for my troubles, but I actually paid for a suite. I didn’t say anything because they were very kind when I was in pain.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The lobby was cozy. The room was just right, too, with a very comfortable bed and nice shower. The location was great for day trips to adjacent towns. Will definitely stay again.

Everything felt clean and new
We stayed here for two days while attending a concert at red rock amphitheater, I will definitely stay here next time we come. Front desk staff was super friendly and nice, room was clean and looking new, pool was small but fun to play in with my daughter

Great accommodations and staff, but fell short on
Felt the staff and the accommodations as well as the breakfast in the morning were all excellent. I did find it strange that though staying several nights in a row the room was not cleaned. For this reason, I did not give the hotel the full five stars.

Stay was great staff generally friendly except the bartender
Guess he was busy. Only time he acknowledged us was to say what he didn’t have. The food was good. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean.

The hotel was at a great location ! Only 7 miles from red rocks and close to places to eat and things to do . The facility was clean, the gym was nice, and the morning breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast ! I would definitely stay here again .

Love this property. Newer, well kept and plenty to do. Free breakfast is great and proximity to our family is really awesome.
