Carried luggage in through a side entrance close to our 3rd floor room and an elevator. Hotel smelled like an old musty house when we walked in. I had requested a room that was not recently cleaned with fragrances (due to allergies) and upon entering the room from the musty hallway, I was hit with a very strong perfume smell. (So much for that request.) King bed room was large with a nice sitting area furnished with a sofa and coffee table. The sofa was a bit worn and had a stain on one of the seat cushions. Crayola marks were all over the wall in the sitting area. Otherwise was clean, and that's important. Room is adequate for a safe night's stay but somewhat run down and needs maintenance. Bathroom door is all scratched up around the handles. Bathroom walls have been painted but (sloppily) and left the bottom 1-2 inches around the baseboard unpainted. So it is not an esthetically pleasing room. I wrote this review when traveling in 2020 but it didn’t post for some reason. Noticed it today and it will only post as 2024 or 2025.

My advice is to stay away from this hotel. It is owned by the Patel cartel. If you are not familiar with them they buy distressed properties. This used to be a Holiday inn but lost The branding because of poor quality of the hotel. They put zero money into the hotels they buy and eventually abandon the property when it is ready to be condemned.

The hotel was clean and so was our room. The hot tub was barely warm. The tub faucet leaked all night.

The hotel was okay. The pool was exceptionally cold. And the room had some damage to the wall and chair that had not been repaired. But it was overall just okay.

Walls are cracked, handle came off bathroom sink, and hair dryer didn’t work. The entire building smells musty and the bedding smells like it sat wet in a washer for a couple of days. They try to cover the smell with something that will have you thinking “Am I at the hospital?”!
I will not return and u less this property is updated, you should steer clear, too.

Visible damage, dirty, broken toilet, uncomfortable mattress, hot tub was warm ish but not hot.
Pool was warm. Front desk man was very polite and good customer service.

Not a good experience
Bed was very uncomfortable. Bath tub drain clogged and wouldn't drain. Heater very loud.
