We booked 2 rooms, quite clean and spacious, it's just that when we left, when we returned the doors were open (I did ask for both rooms to be cleaned) but the doors should have been closed again, the door of one room was locked, but when the card was inserted, it couldn't be opened, (red color) finally called the reception again, and it was updated, but when we entered the room, there was a puddle of water in the corner, I checked the next room, the same, was it leaking?? Because it had been raining heavily, the officer said it didn't leak, oh well. The next day we left again, but when we returned, both rooms couldn't be opened, updated again, the last receptionist was not very friendly, a bit grumpy (female) don't know her name

A little disappointed because there is no hot water / water heater. There is also no water heater in the room to make hot drinks. Because usually in other hotels that I have visited with almost the same price, it is already available. And also trivial things that are usually always available in hotels, namely toothbrushes, toothpaste and soap. Here there are none
