The property has below grade parking. I parked my motorcycle there with staff consent. The staff failed to tell me that the parking area floods in rain. There was early morning rain - my bike was near swamped. Staff did not even attempt to tell me of the rain issues or wake me. They did manage to move their own vehicles out. Horrible stay. Disrespectful staff - they sneered and laughed when my bike was swamped in water.

Worst experience, pathetic staff, no way to speak with the customers, very arrogant persons at the reception, I booked the hotel with the name of Naveen Sharma from 07th August to 10th August 2023, I also paid the advance to hold the reservation, once they had received the payment, do not respond easily, after trying so much times, the staff at reception was very rude & fraud, kindly also find the screenshots of communication between hotel and mine and also find the transaction which I paid, Will definitely recommend to all not to stay at there in any situations, total fraud people Regards Naveen Sharma Contact no. 7999997811
