Construction at certain parts of the hotel on going. Balcony view blocked by crane on first day. Hotel location is at one end of the street. Generally OK for short stay.

I booked it based on the high reviews, but it's actually quite old, the soundproofing is not good, I could hear the commotion around me at 6am, the town of Jasper is also run down, it seems to have been devastated after the fire, the Korean food I ate made me poop three times in a row

Literally there was no lock for the washroom which is very basic. We stayed here for a couple of days along with my friends in which there was a woman in our group… and they said that they would fix it the next morning but it was a no show up case. And the room was smelly and we literally had to ask them twice for room fresherner. I get that there was a major accident in Jasper recently but this is the minimum what we expect when we book a hotel room.
This aside the other amenities that they provide like swimming pool , hot tub and sauna are all great and enjoyable peacefully.
