The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke — even the bathroom. The shower head was covered in old mold and grime, and I had to shower with my mouth shut just to avoid the smell and splash. The breakfast area wasn’t any better. Coffee jugs were dusty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. The breakfast selection was poor — the cereal was stale, and after one spoonful, I couldn’t keep eating. If this is what Wyndham calls a quality experience, I’d hate to see what it looked like before. This location badly needs investment and oversight. At the very least, cleanliness should be a priority.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room and bathroom were clean, and despite the place being fully booked, it was surprisingly quiet. The hosts were incredibly accommodating—when one of us forgot a toothbrush and none were available on-site, they went out and got one for us. We truly appreciated that extra effort!

The most important part of any hotel stay is the bed. This hotel just purchased new, thick, foam mattresses. Unfortunately, they are too soft and destroyed my back. I got up in pain each morning that required medication to remedy. Place was clean, breakfast carb heavy (boiled eggs only protein) but ok. I travel to this area frequently but will never stay here again. Sleeping in my car would be more comfortable.
