Do not stay here. They have no understanding of customer service. They lie to foreigners about the travel conditions around Jardin. They assured me that they would rebook me, and the next day when I sought to make a new booking, they changed their mind and had all kinds of excuses and bizarre reasons why they wouldn't rebook me. Extremely ignorant people working there. They should be ashamed of themselves for trying to rob me out of my money.

me he hospedado con mi pareja en este hotel y siempre ha sido uno de los mejores hoteles en los que nos hemos hospedado en jardin, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y acogedoras, te sientes en un lugar muy colonial y moderno, la comida es deliciosa, el chef es 10/10 Si van a ir a jardín y quieren hospedarse en este hotel no lo duden ni una sola vez, más que un hospedaje es una experiencia

¡Una experiencia maravillosa! El hotel es extremadamente cómodo y se nota que pensaron en cada detalle. La ubicación es excelente, ideal para explorar Jardín. Además, cuentan con un jacuzzi al aire libre que es increíble para relajarse, junto con una hermosa terraza. Si buscas un poco más de privacidad tal vez las mejores habitaciones sean las que están al fondo de la propiedad. El personal es super amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con recomendaciones para hacer de nuestra visita algo aún más especial. ¡Totalmente recomendable, sin dudas volveríamos!

What a beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Our room was perfect! Breakfast each morning was very good, and we also had an amazing lunch. We enjoyed the hot tub. We will be back.
