This place needs a couple of repairs. The price was low for one night. And the buggy experience was great but they need to modernize the hotel and make repairs. They have access to many types of pools however not all of them were functioning properly. Has potential to be an amazing stay but late notices of the conditions of the hotel and not informing us about issues they maybe experiencing before the cancelation date gives the location a bad name.

Staff was very nice, breakfast was very good, AC and fan worked very nice, some bathroom conditions must be addressed and better seating should also be a priority as only two plastic chairs may not suffice for a stay. Other than that, a nice place to visit.

This property is in need of renovations; when we arrived they were having problems with their amenities which could happen anywhere; however it was an issue they were having for about 2 days before we checked in. Meaning that it was passed the date for a full refund. They also have no phone number available to call for emergencies. The location needs to be renovated. Some areas need repair. The staff was kind, and tried to accommodate for the properties lacks.

The pool area and the restaurant was decent. The food was good and staff was friendly. Room was updated, fridge didn’t work, damaged walls, moldy bathroom, very low water pressure in shower, cracked door, a hole in the bathroom ceiling, no hot water, dirty towels. A room for 4 people and they only gave me 2 towels because that’s all they had they said. Also we had an unexpected guest… a cockroach. Definitely not worth 130 dollars per night. Don’t waste your money!
