It's called Residence Vyhlídka, not Zur Aussicht... Almost very good, as there was a potentially lethal accident that we escaped by a couple of minutes... The hotel itself is perfect, the rooms are spotless and of decent size, the pool (free) and the sauna (extra) are great, and the restaurant onsite (not run by the hotel) is excellent, good food at good prices, the breakfast is ok but a bit repetitive. Everything works by phone (checkin / keys / checkout) which might not be to everyone's taste, so the only staff you see are the cleaning ladies. For any request you have to call the reception at Hotel Omnia nearby... they answer the phone but never the emails! he tv cannot connect to the wifi properly. Now we had a problem because of the fast rising temperatures, our terrace was under a part of the roof where the snow had not melted yet and a chunk of ice of 20-30 kilos fell 5 meters onto our terrace, a couple of minutes after we sitting outside. This should have been taken care of earlier as someone coud have been killed. I called reception and someone came, taking even larger chunks off the roof.

Estafa. Nos cobran sin haber usado el parking
En el check in online te obliga a poner la matrícula del coche, para luego cobrarte el aparcamiento aunque no hayas aparcado. Es una estafa puesto que no hay lugar para aparcar fuera del hotel excepto un parking público de pago más caro.
Nosotros caímos y pagamos el público.
A la hora de hacer el check out, nos cobraron el parking, pero teníamos prisa y no había nadie en recepción, así que decidimos reclamarlo online. La respuesta ha sido que no nos quieren devolver el dinero.

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Schwimmbad und Whirlpool sind okay, jedoch das Wasser zu kalt. Aber! Das Frühstück ist lieblos hingestellt und es gibt jeden Tag die gleiche Wurst und auch die 2 Sorten Käse sind immer die gleichen. Tomaten und Gurkenscheiben werden auch vom Vortag auf das Buffett gestellt (angetrocknet und matschige Tomatenstücke). Wenn die Brötchen/Hörnchen alle sind, wird nur noch ein halbes Baguettebrot nachgelegt. Frühstück ist eigentlich bis 10.30 Uhr, jedoch war um 10.10 Uhr alles abgeräumt und man konnte auch keinen Kaffee mehr bekommen. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte nur manchmal und am vorletzten Tag stand plötzlich die Putzfrau im Zimmer ohne vorher anzuklopfen. Geht gar nicht. Es wurden nur die Betten gemacht. Bad wischen oder Teppich saugen- Fehlanzeige! Benutzte Tassen und Gläser wurden nicht ausgespült oder getauscht. Die warme Küche am Abend ist ebenfalls nur teilweise zu empfehlen. Lieblos angerichtete Teller und zum Teil verbrannte Speisen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung kann man preiswert und besser essen, jedoch sollte man in der Wintersaison mit mehreren Personen unbedingt reservieren.

2 weeks before arrival, the hotel will send the cancellation for 2 families spread over 3 rooms. You had obviously overbooked. And that although we had already booked 4 months in advance. Unconscionable and cheeky P.S. since the hotel likes to portray us as refusal to pay: in our bookings made via the hotel website there was neither a down payment nor a bank account. Only "Payment as a bank transfer" We were not sent any deviating additional booking conditions. We then asked about the payment in January, but only received an invoice for 2 of the 3 rooms. Despite multiple inquiries about the third room, we received no answer or information for the third room. I wrote 6 emails to the hotel regarding these inquiries, only 3x was answered: 1st answer bill for rooms 1 & 2, 2nd answer was already the cancellation of all rooms, 3rd answer again regarding cancellation. This was deliberately brought about by the hotel, since obviously not all rooms were available as booked.
