very beautiful place.At the morning you can eat a lot of local food.Its the most delicious breakfast i have never eat.

By far the worst so called 4 star hotel I have seen in many many months. I will skip the part, where is parking in front of the hotel and they still charge you 100 czk for it - desperate to make few buck on the top of accomodation and food bills. Restaurant average. They cook mostly the easiest typical crap CZ food. No vegan options, nothing extra, no attention to detail. When we wanted to go to spa, they told us, that we need to wait 45 minutes for sauna to be ready. It was in the middle of the day. Nobody told us in advance. When you enter wellness, there is just one nice pool with jaccuzi section, sauna and thats it. No steam, no herbal sauna, no relax zone. We were told we were gonna get a suite. When entering the room, it was not suite at all. Just a normal room with extra bed made from sofa. I am not going back even by force next time, thats for sure. Improves necessary.

We initially booked a triple room, but upon arrival, we were not given the room we reserved. The receptionist was unhelpful, unfriendly, and made no effort to resolve the situation. Instead of offering a solution, she demanded an extra fee of 500 CZK per night for an additional bed. When we asked to speak with the manager, she refused to let us do so. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. That said, the hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. We really liked the sauna, the pool, and the room in general. It’s just disappointing that the hotel offers triple rooms for booking when they apparently don’t have them available.

Would not recommend as failed in many ways First impression was really off-putting because whole place stunk of chlorine - the smell was omnipresent and strong, from the foyer, hallways, everywhere. Never experienced that before and mostly book hotels with a pool. Staff was very unhelpful, one receptionist literally rolled her eyes when I asked a question about ski storage. Breakfast was not great but it was ok, except for things were running out often and one had to ask several times (and wait..) for them to be re-filled. We were on the first floor and the hallway carpet was dappled with many areas of bleach/cleaning product stains, which does not give a good impression. The room was a nice surprise, that was comfortable and relatively clean (except the shower has balls of fluff/dust). Even tho we left one day well before noon and left tag on the door for the room to be cleaned, it has not been attended to at all. And again, reception was unapologetic and not particularly helpful (same person on duty). It was very disappointing over all, especially after seeing the fancy photos on-line AND the money we paid! I am happy to overlook things here and there, especially if the staff is helpful and willing to rectify, but this was consistently below standard to say the least and in many areas, so I would not recommend this place, needless to say I will not be returning. Which is a pity because the area and the skiing was great!
