No hay nada de que quejarse, todo está perfecto, habitación piscinas servicios y buffet , todos los servicios son de 10 al igual que el personal, siempre hay hamacas libres y disponibilidad,un hotel de 10,es muy tranquilo y muy grande todo el hotel

More than expecred. Excellent. Staff is amazing, food as well, the food, the rooms, animation team... everything is more than good. The rooms are very big and clean, varaiaty of choses for food and drings. Free parking, the pools are pritty big and clean amd there are slides. All on all we had wonderful experience

Todas las instalaciones y todo súper bien encantador y acogedor. Sobretodo los trabajadores y recepcionista Kevin y su compañera, el bar piscina me entando el trato de kristina super bien hace unos daickiris de fresas super buenos, volveremos pronto Adara y Sarai,. Un saludo cordial 👌🏽

Las mejores vacaciones Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en el hotel, las habitaciones limpias, la comida muy buena y variada y sobretodo de calidad, lo mejor ha sido la animación, la feria canaria ha sido muy divertida juntos a las actividades de fitness con Giorgia, siempre llena de energía y nuestros hijos iban siempre al miniclub con Lucy que es la mejor con los niños la adoran, esperemos que en futuro tengan a más personas para mejorar la noche y también unos shows de baile haría falta, pero confiamos en que la próxima vez que volvamos hagan más actividades

Elegimos este hotel para posponer la vuelta de vuestras vacaciones. En comparación con un hotel mucho más caro, nos sorprendió enormemente la amabilidad antes de llegar al hotel con Lionel y al llegar al hotel con los chicos de recepción. Nos dieron la habitación antes de la hora por que mi hija estaba con fiebre, y he de destacar que hicieron de TODO para ayudarnos. Nos llamó mucho la atención la amabilidad de todas las personas que estaban trabajando, tanto en el comedor como en todas las áreas. Como en otros hoteles, hay 2 equipos de animación, activa y so vacances ( en francés) y me pareció que las chicas y chicos fueron SUUUPER amables y preocupados por nuestra estancia. Mi hija Khloe incluso dibujó a la chica del mini club ( la chica rubia, no se' como se llama pero GRACIAS) por que ha dicho que fue el mejor mini club del mundo ❤️ La música durante el día en las piscinas estuvo del 10, por fin música que no sea reggaeton y que nos recuerde nuestra infancia también jeje Destaco la habitación, QUE BONITA Y GRANDE! Nosotros pagamos una habitación standard y era SUPER grande y cómoda. Y la ducha como para quedarse 1 hora a relajarse heheh. El hotel vuelve a abrir sus puertas después de 2 meses y siguen viéndose reformas en curso, pero honestamente tengo que subrayar que le están poniendo tanto amor y tanto empeño que estoy segura que le va a ir súper bien. Es más, espero que dentro de pocos meses ya superen a los " grandes" tour operator de al lado que ni te saludan cuando entras y te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. Si hubiéramos podido hubiéramos dejado la super propina, pero disculpenos, tenemos que ahorrar para nuestro próximo viaje. Khloe y yo esperamos verles muy pronto otra vez. Ha sido muy bonito, gracias por la experiencia, que haya sido tan bonita no es solo por los mejores toboganes, es por ustedes ... Gracias ❤️

Hi, We spent a week at the Jandia Golf hotel. At the beginning we encountered the first problems in our triple deluxe room, there was no hot water, the air conditioning did not work and it smelled of sewage. The water was fixed, however the air conditioning stopped working again after two days and the unpleasant smell was with us all the time. The hotel was renovated but the pool area was not clean, dirty tiles, sticky drinks spilled on the floor. Evening entertainment translated in 4 languages for individual families, where there was a large number of Polish families and no Polish translator. The service was very nice, the food was good, standard. The hotel needs to take better care of the cleanliness outside so as not to attract cockroaches. There were a lot of flies around. Location brilliant fir a quiet and relaxing break.

La habitacion garnde el colchon y la almoada supercomodos la camarera de piso que nos toco super atenta la comida me sorprendio estaba muy bien el restaurante estaba esttupendo muy acogedor y siempre habia mesas libres la camarera del bar piscina muy amable las instalaciones estupendas y animacion muy buena

Hotel Jandia Golf was absolutely brilliant, we were there AI for a week and had a fantastic stay. The hotel has only been open a short while and two blocks are still not ready. While finishing work is still going on there is very little noise and no disruption at all. All staff are so friendly and welcoming we should mention them all, but special thanks go to Kevin at reception and Katrina in restaurant and bar. We walked down to the beach and back a couple of times, it’s quite a tough walk (back) but gorgeous views make the 30/45 minute walk worth it. If you don’t fancy it there’s a free shuttle (taxi) at 10am returning at 5pm, or 7 euros one way in local taxi. Plenty of souvenir type shops along the mile plus seafront and if you venture to the “far end” of the shops you’ll come across high class shops that wouldn’t look out of place in London, Milan etc! The big pool areas are superb, the food selection is great, everywhere is super clean..our room was amazing, more like a suite than a room! I wont go on but we HIGHLY recommend Jandia Golf, Livvo, it was superb! Thanks to all staff who helped make a great week’s holiday. Thanks again Kevin and co!

Genial trato, comida variada, estancia cómoda, especial mención a Idafe( chico para todo), Carolina y Pilar (camareras), nos han hecho la vida mucho más alegre y bonita los días que hemos pasado aqui, mil gracias, nos encantará volver y reencontrarnos :) sin menospreciar al resto que también han sido muy agradables
